Sono Salpingo Graphy (S.S.G.) is performed by injecting, sterile saline through a catheter into the uterine cavity and visualizing the spill from the fallopian Tubes on Sonography. It is done to evaluate the Fallopian tube patency. It is also used to look for any masses or polyps in the Endometrial cavity.
